Whittier Neighbors

Whittier Neighbors secured funding to create a tenant training video for new Somali immigrants. The funding came with one condition, Whittier Neighbors must generate $10,000 in video sales. Cathy ten Broeke, Chair of the Video Committee, sought Barb's expertise in sales plan development and coaching for the hired salesperson.

Barb's approach to planning brought many interested parties together, increasing the collaboration within our team. Her sales plan provided a powerful springboard to the sales effort. We achieved our sales goal in just 9 weeks.

With new business opportunities emerging in three newly acquired business units, Gail Berlin, Senior Vice President of Companies, hired Barb to drive a new product concept to the next level. Digital Horizons, Inc.

With a new technology offering near completion and demanding resources, DHI needed a leader to ensure a sustained service level to existing clients throughout the annual open enrollment process.
